I ran my best run ever my pace was constant and my new PB is 29:48 Iβm so happy π and the only 2 things I did differently was slow steps up hill and I made up for that on the downhill and I had nothing to eat before all I had was 2 pints of water thatβs it but my 10K training is paying off yay π this running malarkey is very addictive π

Thank you! I deal with gremlins well in running and need to find a way of doing the same with other activities and daily life. Iβm pleased I rediscovered running.
Yes Iβm glad you have got back into running and your welcome you soon will be kicking them gremlins out with your running and you will get there I know itβs hard but try and live for the moment enjoy it look at your surroundings and look at the trees the birds and anything other than youβre worryβs I was told this and it is helping me I hope it helps you too π and enjoy your running ππ
yes being in the present helps a lot and with running it engages a lot of the senses so that's probably why it's easy to be present. Anyway I love it and how it's helping me and other. thanks for your lovely message
