Been off all week with a bad back so am going to try a park run instead of a big run tomorrow this is my 2nd park run dont normally do park runs as I tend to do a big run on sundays but thought I would take it easy with a park run hope my back is ok will let you know later

Aw bless you, niggles and pain are such a frustrating nuisance, very wise to do a parkrun instead of a big run. Take care 😀😀
