Done something to my back in so much pain and really missed running this week only ran on Monday I hate missing running it gets in your head that you have to run cant even go to the gym

Sorry to read that Paul but injuries happen and you have to be patient. Rest well and take care as our backs are the centrepiece of our running. Make sure you're completely eased before running again. It'll pass.

Try and keep moving doing daily things, maybe some walking and it will go off..
