Well this morning my number and timing chip came for my first official 10K. I’m just a little bit excited now.

How do I wear my number?

Get some small safety pins 🧷 and put one on each corner of your race number and attach it to the front of your running T-Shirt.

Enjoy your 10K event, you’ll love it. Drink loads the day before and make sure you get to a toilet before the run. Best of luck.

Nice one. Thanks. I always drink 3 to 4 litres of water a day. Can’t beat good hydration 😁

I’ll be looking forward to seeing your run on Strava. Enjoy it.

Tempo Events timing chips are on a thin strip of paper like a temporary bag tag. Just use the adhesive bit (on the day! 😁) to loop it on your shoe laces as the detectors are on the floor.

The race pack should have the info / diagram / instructions.

Oh. And fill in the personal information on the back of your race number now so you don't rush it on the day! 👍😁👍

Good luck chris all questions answered. Get good sleep the week before because you may not sleep well the night before. Allow time for loo queues and enjoy. 😊
