Week one is completed of my 5-10K training plan. It’s been tricky at times but today felt so much easier!! I’ve run 13.8 miles this week in my three runs (including warm up cool down walk) and I’m really pleased and surprised. I feel my mojo is making a comeback and the challenge feels doable. Three x 15 min runs with 1 min interval walks next week. I now think I can do it! Yayyyyy

WHOO-HOO! Congratulations MM.. It's awesome to hear you're getting your mojo back. Have you got a 10k run planned? Might be worth thinking about 🤔😁
