Magic 10 is brilliant!!! There are apps..not NHS or HU....Bluefin do one

Good but with really aggravating music...and Sami Murphy too..popular with many.

I find Magic 10 brilliant..used it do many tones to get me back to 10K after injury..

Ju-Ju 10 is The Magic Number There are film clips here of her weekly updates

Then there”s the kick-ass Sami Murphy - 5 weeks podcasts with loads of original music Bridge to 10k. It’s a belter 😃. It’s in a Dropbox file probably - again on the links to the right

Plenty there to keep you busy. Take care. Don’t overdo things. Slow, gradual progression 😃

That’s the one. Good follow on from C25K and gets you used to varied runs.

That’s great. Starts just after my 3weeks consolidation. How can I be sure I don’t miss it? Do I have to register?

A post will go up from roseabi announcing the beginning of it...and all will be explained there..It is very structured and has the benefit of excellent exercises to do in conjunction with the running..

And there’s a week by week schedule you can print off and fill in as you go. Very useful. 😊
