Well here I am still slowly and cheerily making my way through the magic plan, the timed version. I'm in week 8 now, ran last Monday and then decided I couldn't face the heat. Last night I went out in the cool and rain. It was rather lovely feeling the cool on my face. I went for my favourite run by the river and I had 30 minutes to do. I was feeling really up for a run. This might be one where my snail pace gets infinitesimally faster I thought. I reran the last run of c25k just for the pleasure of the company of Sarah millican and when Sarah told me to start running I hit start on my strava. The second half of my run was lovely. I felt strong and happy and I was sure I was running faster than usual. So when I stopped strava and got back to the car I was keen to see if I was right.
