Lovely 5k trail run this evening. Pleased with my time too, as I can' t remember the last time I ran this route under 30 mins! I think perhaps my hip/glute strengthening work is starting to pay off!π Leg raises, clam shells, bridges - definately the way to go!π

Wow, that is fast! I find that I need to run slower on the trails due to the uneven ground and hilly bits
