Lovely 5k trail run this evening. Pleased with my time too, as I can' t remember the last time I ran this route under 30 mins! I think perhaps my hip/glute strengthening work is starting to pay off!π Leg raises, clam shells, bridges - definately the way to go!π

Congratulations on completing your 5K trail run in under 30 minutes, yes indeed, those strengthening work excersises have certainly paid off on getting you that sub 30 minute 5k π π.

That's amazing. Go you! I find it really hard to run at that sort of pace on a training run, let alone a trail run!

Wow, that is fast! I find that I need to run slower on the trails due to the uneven ground and hilly bits
