That’s really good going the extra five mins and that’s what I am like sticking to 30 or35 mins trying to push self but just can’t . I did my fifth park run today for my practice runs I listen to Laura do stamina and speed couch to 5 l plus podcast (so never quite 4K in those )however, park run is my longer one @about 42 mins I manage to pull it out of the bag always running but a bit too slow so now I am going to push self a bit more this week ..

Well done on your fifth, Emma. I did my fifth today too. I think it should get a little easier with repeats, especially as you get to know the course and how to pace yourself on it.
Hey well done it does feel good Yes it should go like that ! but Cardiff gave a third option course today -hills grass laps and it was my worse time ever seven mins slower than last week !too so disappointed in myself 49 mins ! First one I did @41 so next week determined to try quite hard to pick self up as fairly new to this but yes onwards upwards and try’s little harder
Well done. My parkrun pace really improved after doing a slow longer run during the week. If you haven’t already, why not look at the magic plan to 10k. You can do as much of it as you want.
