Getting back to it

I’ve had a quiet three weeks running-wise as my cranky knee has been more cranky than ever, so I’ve rested and only run shorter gentle runs occasionally. I’ve got exercises etc which I am doing but it doesn’t feel any better for the rest so I bit the bullet, strapped it up and ran today. It was such a joy to be out and along my favourite trail which has overgrown somewhat! I was very careful, especially on the trail, and my knee feels better for it. It was warm, though!! Happy running, all 👍

Hi Molly. Glad it went well. Hope that knee continues to improve.

I am sure resting has helped it M and so glad it’s ok after that run. It’s always hard to know when to test it out but it sounds all good for you. 😀
