I'm setting the record straight right now! Paula Radcliffe is utterly and completely to blame for me breaking the rules.
I was supposed to run 39 min long run so thought a 40 Min Nike guided run would fit the bill. The first one I came across was Run with Paula. Well why not she is best there is π
I'm running, I'm listening, I'm taking on board her advice about running easy to ensure enjoyment. She has a very soothing voice too π€, anyway she's telling me how she didn't run with limits, how she trained for and ran her world record marathon time in London. So at 40 mins I'm feeling good, I'm feeling motivated, inspired so I kept running and just ran my first 5km, EVER in my entire life! and it feels bloody good π€ΈββοΈπππ€ΈββοΈπππ€ΈββοΈπππ€ΈββοΈπππ€ΈββοΈπππ€ΈββοΈππ
I think that's a 2 plant treat πππ
