Hello to all you amazing folks out there in this brilliant forum. So much help and advice and support! I wonder how many people you have helped on their way to a healthy and sweaty life! Thanks to all of you.
I was determined to do a 10k before my 63rd birthday, and I did it!
Thanks to you all, but not sure where to go from here on. Any suggestions?
Happy running! ππ

Woohoo! Well done BB! An amazing achievement for you, and I bet youβre still euphoric. πππͺππ
Are you interesting in 10k races? Thatβs what I aimed for. And maybe youβre interested in running further eventually - but no hurry to do that. I spent a few months pootling about, then worked up to 10 miles. Next goal HM! See, the running world is your oyster!
Enjoy your celebrations, and good luck with whatever you decide! ππ
Whoop whoop ππππͺ congratulations and well done to you. Hope you had a proper celebration!
Just keep running, stick to a routine and enjoy it. You can mix things up a little and try a faster shorter run or a hilly run or trail/road whatever is different to what you normally do. Just keep running amok πββοΈπββοΈ
