Not feeling at all last night, muscles tight, feeling very lethargic (very down emotionally) but knew I had to get out there so a slow run but with very erratic pace, why can I not learn to have a steady pace? Anyway including the walk there and back 7k done and while not feeling great at least feel I got out there and feeling a little more optimistic on doing my long run on Saturday.

Every run counts so well done for getting out when you’re not feeling 100% 👍

Try a metronome app if you’re taking your phone. Choose your beats per minute (145-150 if you’re taking it slow).

Well done, sometimes just getting out there is an achievment, we all know there are times when you just don't want to go :) Nice to see a fellow Northampton runner here :)
