It's going great thank you like I said got the Manchester half marathon in October so plenty of training to do 12 week plan should be ok and how are you doing

Fine ta despite a bit if a health blip. still training though. I have a trail half marathon in a few weeks and a ten miler the following week 🏃‍♀️ Busy busy 👍
