So an early Father’s Day present from my daughter in time for our latest Park Run together. My first proper running gear, top and bottoms! Haven’t bothered so far due to weight loss journey in tandem but have just ordered a Park Run top and then I get this. Don’t I look smart and THIN too.

Post note! She beat me by 24 secs today! But at 32.33 not disgraced! LOL

P.S. Ignore the slippers! LOL

32.33 is very good, I suppose 32.09 is a good time as well, I am glad that you enjoyed your run with your daughter, yes, you look the part in your running gear Chris, apart for the slippers. 😊

Great pic and a decent time too! Slippers excused - especially as I am going out running in a little while and am also sitting here in my suede slippers!!😳😂

That's a fab time for parkrun... you'll be much faster in that running gear! :) Looks very smart but perhaps not with the slippers lol
