Despite hydrating copiously and stretching, I’m still concerned by my stiff legs. I visited a physio who quickly diagnosed my lower spine is too straight and should curve onwards. 30 minutes of manipulation and some new stretching exercises to do, I felt great and next morning didn’t wake up with a niggling lumbar ache (which strangely enough goes away with running!)
I’ll report back on more flexible legs🦵🦵
