So this morning I've done W2R1, seemed a little tough getting going, not through not wanting to run more like getting into my stride kind of thing but anyway, it dropped into place by the 2nd 90 second run and the, as they say is history.
Upped the speed for the last 90 seconds.
Lower overall average heart rate throughout, so very happy there.
I may run in Zurich on Wednesday, I'll post some pictures whether I do or not, lovely city and I get to use some German (not fluent but can get around).
