First parkrun this morning!

Completed my first parkrun this morning, 5K in 31:45, coming 204/459 (25th in my age/gender). Please with that and I now have my first PB to chase!! Planning this week to get some 6-6.5K runs in to continue my 10K prep! Hope everyone has good runs this weekend!

Oh my goodness this is spooky! I did my first ever parkrun at Cannock Chase too yesterday and came in just a few seconds behind you! We must have been running together for much of it.

I think Cannock Chase is off next week due to another event, but no doubt we’ll run there again soon!
