YYYYEEEAAAHHH bought my first pair of real running shoes, OMG didn't realise how much a difference they would make.

out yesterday for a 5.5 mile run, i felt like a real runner lol

Well done Piglet7969, do the 'real running shoes' make you run quicker than a normal pair of trainers?, did you get a gait analysis before you bought them?

Yeah full gait analysis done, shop was amazing sales guy know his stuff, not sure about running faster, but feel like running on clouds and no pain anywhere

That is good to know, two weeks ago I bought a running belt and enquired about new running shoes, I also understand that they also do a gait analysis and afterwards recommend the best shoes to buy after the analysis.

Yeah he suggested types for me to look at, nothing was too much trouble for him, had about 10 pairs on, would thoroughly recommend getting analysis done
