Very interesting- I’ll not bother going further than 10k!!

I had read similar in a report from Norway - moderate regular jogging was optimum for long term health whereas “extreme” exercise was as bad as a sedentary lifestyle 🤔.

So, if you are running to improve your health and longevity there is no need to go overboard. This is from 2012 so is it still valid? Scientific advice has a bad habit of being reversed. Feel that the people this is aimed at are the ones least likely to take heed.
