Magic plan week 6 in the bag, whoop whoop! I really struggled with the 8k last week so I drove somewhere flatter today and ran around a couple of reservoirs. It helped so much, my 9k time was only 22 seconds slower than my last 8k time. Still tortoise pace, but a perky tortoise. And it felt good (most of the time!) although I was like a wobbly jelly afterwards! I don’t want to jinx it, but 10k seems like it could be in touching distance???

Perfect run, slow is fantastic- you have plenty time to change thus in the future, but only if you want to. 10k is definitely achievable. Happy running
