Thanks, no not really, I’ve always felt like I’ve got a runner in me but never done much about it in the first 47 years of my life!

Well now is your running era! I think coming to it later is perfect coz friends who have been running since their teens have worn their knees out by their 60s. We’ve probably not got time to wear out. That’s my plan anyway. An accidental 10km! Super 👏
