Think someone has rebuilt my legs during the night

Each bone has been replaced by a slightly intoxicated, myopic and impatient individual, who’s clearly contented with approximation as apposed to precision.

I digress, fellow sufferers. But this is clearly why so many people learn to accept their sliding fitness levels post fifty and add it to the quiet desperation of their daily lives. I know I’m not telling you good people anything you haven’t experienced and can now, somewhat smugly, recall from a more comfortable vantage point.

Fortunately, it’s given me a kick up the rear end and not the opposite. Happy Thursday to you, and enjoy your time outdoors 👊

Oh my legs are strangers to me most days... sometimes angry strangers... and sometimes strangers who look on bewildered like a chastised puppy. Still, I've never known any sort of fitness level before, so I've no idea what to expect. :)
