I finished the C25K a while back and have been doing some longer runs, some speed runs and some recovery runs using the NRC app. I've come close to a 10k run (hit about 8km) but it was hard. How can I progressively work my way up to an easy 10k? I've read about Ju-Ju's magic plan but can't seem to sign up for it.
Any tips?
