Go get that badge Graduate!

Then... consolidation... lots of.. short routes, longer routes, and plenty of at least 30 minutes.. then take a peek at the What's Next? post...

there are lots of ideas there..

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The C25K was just the beginning... and now stamina and strength, will need to carry on building ready for working towards 10K.

Hi ,

Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated.

Have enjoyed the C25K app.

It has really helped me to believe I could do this.

Everyone has been really encouraging, supportive .

Sending huge thanks

Well done! Step up on the podium for your virtual medal 🏅I suggest Ju-Ju’s Bridge to 10km programme after a few consolidation runs. I downloaded Runkeeper, set it to tell me every 1km, every 5 mins and to give average pace then worked up to 10km. Or you can choose to work on your pace, or simply to keep your running up, but it does seem best to decide on a plan so you know what your goals are. Good luck!

Hi,

Yes I agree it’s good to have a plan in place. The C25k plan worked for me.

I will check out everything you have suggested and see what may be the best for me.

Thanks for your help
