Hey All, recent graduate from couch to 5k! Just doing some consolidating runs at the moment, including first parkrun last Saturday which was fun! Looking to move on to 10K and for a suitable plan to get me there!

There’s a new bridge to 10k programme starting off now. Look in the pinned posts.

Congratulations on your graduation and welcome to the b210k forum! We're a friendly lot and there's always plenty of advice and support on offer. I did my own version of ju_ju's plan - after consolidation I started to increase one run per week by 0.5-1.0k while also maintaining 2 x 5ks (one parkrun). Very important to listen to your body and make sure you take your time. Happy running ! 😀
