Glorious location 8k yay!

Fabulous run here today. 8k, my furthest distance so far and at best pace, 52mins. Terrain was soft, so comfy to run on and no hills! To say I’m delighted is understatement!

Aww thanks AlMorr. My 3 grown “children” took me out for Sunday lunch. My husband is rowing in London so he missed out. We had a lovely day. ❤️😀
