I have really loved the wet and windy weather recently - in all honesty it is my favourite running weather and I am sure my best runs have been on wild autumn and winter days! The weather this morning however, was beautiful too and running on my local bridleways surrounded by the budding trees, primroses and daffs, was just what I needed. The sheep will be lambing soon and there will be many more curious faces staring at me as I trot alongside the fields!π Yesterday, tired after a busy week - today rejuvenated by my run! Funny ol' thing this running game! π

A lovely day for a run in the country Sandra. Living in the city, even by the sea, you donβt get that wonder of the seasons unless you get out. On our trip down to Dorset last weekend we see lots of lambs, many with black faces.
Ahhh perfect Sandra. βοΈπββοΈ What a beautiful day for a run, and 10k at that! Well done! ππ
I did a gorgeous 5k today. I loved it. Loads of other runners out and everyone looked happy. What a greet feeling running in a vest top again. Spring is here! βοΈβοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈππ
It was a perfect day to be out there today - and sounds like you loved it.
I'm not sure you'll ever convince me of the joys of wet and windy running...
Lovely, Sandra! Spring is my favourite season to run - I went out early and there was still a pleasant nip in the air, but the sun was burning through. But equally, I love to run in any weather (barring ice!) Glad to hear your run was rejuvenating. I had a grin on my face whilst running today, like a right loon! π
Sounds lovely - just the pleasure of running! π
It was beautiful today wasn't it? Spring is such a wonderful time. Love how the running energised you
So glad you had a good run π . It sounded wonderful. I rather like running in the rain too!
I went out for a run on a cool grey day last week and remembered that as a child my favourite days were grey days. No rain to get you wet and cold, no sun to shine in your eyes or born you. I had a great grey πββοΈ run! Canβt think how I managed to run in hot weather last year, I was down to my T-shirt and just the right temperature.
