Heavy legs, too. Probably needed another day’s rest but I was determined to enjoy this beautiful weather as I had the afternoon off work. Another 6k done 👍

Great conditions for a run Molly, it would have been a crime to pass up the chance. I haven’t worked out heavy legs at all. Not a problem at the moment, maybe down to my enforced lay off and exercise regime. Hydration could be an issue as the weather improves I guess but no idea really .🤷🏻‍♂️

I think I just needed another days rest as they have been achey since my long run on Sunday. I did need to rehydrate, though!
