So since completing c25k some weeks ago I have been mixing my workouts up a bit
Tuesday's - 30 minutes invertals on bike
Thursday - 30 minutes intervals cross trainer
Saturday's - long run (adding 10% to time each week)
The Tuesday's and Thursdays do seem to be making the Saturday run easier. Just wondering does the above plan look ok and will the two non running exersizes help?
I'm up to a 45min run at 6.2mph now so 15 mins to add for the 10k
Also the picture attached is how my heart rate is on interval training. Does it look normal as with running it just stays high the whole time (around 170)
