I got my Garmin at the end of C25k at the start of November. At that point my VO2 was in the ‘poor’ zone and then within a couple of weeks tipped into the ‘fair’ zone. Today I have moved into the ‘good’ zone. I’m really happy with this as I have been feeling like I’m not making a lot of progress lately, but it just shows that I am getting fitter. And I’m right at the top of the age band too 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That’s great. I read somewhere that an improvement in vo2 was one of the biggest health gains you could have

Nice! Well done jayval! I must admit I don’t really know what VO2 means even though I look at mine and think “oooo that looks good!”
