I’ve just done a 4K run (JuJu’s plan), and did it in just under 30 mins. I’ve really been focused on building distance not speed but I think for the shorter run I can actually feel that my fitness has improved (I know it must have done but I’m finally starting to feel it!!). Still can’t say I love running but at least I’m feeling the benefit 😁
