In my attempt to avoid the high winds I headed to the woods/canal trail I enjoy. Short run today, as my calf went ping on Sunday’s run. I’ve rested, iced, stretches and taken it very steady today with some Jeffing around a 4k route. It felt tight, especially running downhill, but not painful and definitely feels better for having been out. Will tentatively try a longer run at the weekend if it remains ok, and may continue with the Jeffing. So I’m a bit stalled at week 3 on ju-ju’s magic plan but that’s fine. I enjoyed getting out, despite the high winds. Stay safe 👍

Found some mud, wore it home! Sounds like a really good way to test your calf was ok without overdoing it, looks like that 10k is going to have to wait for a few of us!
