Just wanted to say good luck to anyone running the Vitality Big Half in London today, I believe 40 mile an hour winds are forecast so it could be, erm..... interesting!!!
On a personal note I'm struggling to get out and run, since last Sundays 10k PB at Dalton Park I haven't run, work has been busy plus myself and my wife have had to spend many hours clearing the house and arranging the funeral of an old neighbour who passed away with no relatives.
Hopefully will get out today but might have to adjust the years running distance target down from 1200 to 1000. Reality bites!!!
Run happy, run safe.

Life certainly puts a crimp on our running plans sometimes but that can't be helped. It makes our runs so much more wonderful when we do finally escape Clearing your neighbour's house and arranging the funeral was a kind thing to do. Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done. Imagine having no-one. It's achingly sad
I hope you manage a run today!
It is certainly cold and wet out there today. What kind people to honour your neighbour in that way. Hope you get running soon
