Chris. I am so, so slow....but I am pleased ... I lost so much ground after Christmas with the Bronchitis and then the blinking weather!

I think I may be ready for my HM at the end of March, hopefully...

I heard the national racewalk championships was 19k and won in a time of under 42 minutes! I'm happy to have the target of under 60 minutes and I run!

I wonder if walking more quickly improves running speed.... ❓

I think because there was a 5k as well starting 15 minutes after us they just had one set of medals, I just did the 10k.
