Little post-skiing jogette

I am so enjoying this beautiful weather and, having got back late on Saturday night from our ski trip, done all those boring things that need doing after a holiday, I decided to go for a leisurely 30 minute jogette in the sunshine. I picked the Nike Run Club 30 minute Just a Run run and off I went. It’s amazing how many buds have started to appear in the last 2 weeks and daffodils are flowering all over the place. 4.6k later and back at home sitting in the garden 😲 with a coffee ready to tackle some weeding and pruning. Have a lovely day running buddies ☀️☀️☀️

I’m off for a week in the ☀️ with my daughters next week. I’m hoping to find some short 4-5k running routes. 🏃‍♀️☀️🏃‍♀️☀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks Cheeky! This weather just makes you so happy doesn’t it? Still cool enough not to get too hot and bothered though. Have a fabulous holiday - Canaries wasn’t it?

Yes, Tenerife. I’ll be out running early I think, then I’ll have earned my right to do absolutely nothing except sun myself, eat and drink for the rest of the time - oh maybe a bit of yoga too. Practically a sporting holiday! ☀️☀️

I came back from skiing in -25 to walking my dog in +15!

I know - mad isn’t it? We were in France where the temps were notching above freezing and glorious wall to wall sunshine, but the snow was standing up

pretty well to it. Been out gardening in a T-shirt this afternoon!
