Back in January I set myself the target of running 1000k this year and found this very low tech way to keep me focused (and discourage me from snacking and too much wine π).
This week I made it off the sole of the shoe!
Still seems like a long way to go and Strava (more high tech way of staying focused) tells me I'm 29k behind pace!
Just keep running...just keep running! π³πββοΈ

I'm not sure I have as much faith as you Tbae ! Right now I'll just be happy if my knee holds out for the rest of the year. It is good to have a goal though.
This is a great plan & I love the shoe of motivation! I think a visual reminder is a really good idea and I'm a big fan of sticking things on the fridge where I can't ignore them. You'll be creeping up the laces before you know it! Good luck. ππ€π
What a neat way to keep track! I'm also behind on my yearly running goal already due to weather and non-running injury stopping me in my tracks for the last month. But I've got a plan in place and ran my first run yesterday. Goal is still doable as long as I keep running regularly. We'll get it done! Just keep running......just keep running! I like that π
