The majority of my runs have had one days rest in between, however this week I haven't run since an 8.5K on Monday, which didn't feel that great, so 2 days rest. What a difference, I ran 7.2K at lunchtime, my legs felt strong, I was able to stay on my forefoot/midfoot the entire distance and it was a really fast run. I will be out again on Saturday, so we'll see if there is a difference. Or it could just be that I am getting stronger overall and had a good day...?
Cheers

Due to work/children/ life commitments I seem to nearly always have a couple of days between runs. On the odd occasion I’ve run with one day’s rest, it feels like hard work!!
