After writing a post the other day about entering a ten mile race and not being able to train for it due to illness. Well, some friends we’re going out running today and I went with them and ran 9 miles, so I think I will be ok for my 10 miler on the 23rd. Ive got my mojo back, hooray, don’t you just love this running malarkey.

9 miles. Wow that’s some recovery run. I only just managed 10k last week and thought I was doing well. I think I need to follow your example and get myself ready for a Half Marathon again.

It was so out of the blue , thought I’d only manage a couple of miles, but managed to do the whole 9 miles. It’s amazing how you’ve still got it in youveven after a couple of months off. Good luck with your training Razouski
