You're an absolute marvel Hidden , just hope you get the benefit of it too.

I may need to put together a 2nd musicals list as I've had some additional suggestions from couple of running folk. Then this afternoon while being knee deep in Farrow and Ball at my daughter and boyfriend's house, she put on a Musicals Playlist and there were quite a few tunes I'd forgotten - such as Hakuna Matata from The Lion King for example. I'll give it a little while - so that you can get through the existing list with your 30 recovery runs.
