Can I have my badge please? Didn’t actually set out to run 10k but did 😀 I wasn’t following the magic 10 but nevertheless learned a thing or two from the principles behind it so thank you for that. I’m actually more pleased that I managed to get a decent run in when it was dark and foggy but the 10k is a welcome bonus

Hi Ju-Ju -- DID IT!! Finished W9R3 on Friday. Really enjoyed the whole course, and looking forward to moving on to 10K ... etc (ran 33mins today).

Although I didn't follow your plan exactly but I was busy listening to all your videos and picking up your tips. My current route is great for chunking as it has lots of different sections.
