As the days get shorter lets embrace the pleasures of running in the dark and misty breath.... don't forget to charge up the heatorch and dust off the thermals!
Enjoy!
Please leave your user name here for me, so I can give you your well deserved 10k Graduation badge.
I will try not to leave you waiting too long, as I know how great it feels, when the badge arrives.

Please Miss, can I step up on to your lovely shiny podium and have a lovely shiny Graduate10 badge? Couldnβt have done it without your brilliant plan! Have some yummy virtual birthday cake π° π x
Followed your plan a couple of months ago and have completed 3 x 10k now. Grateful for the plan and itβs one I stick to weekly now (x2 5k and x1 10k).
Can I have my badge please? Didnβt actually set out to run 10k but did π I wasnβt following the magic 10 but nevertheless learned a thing or two from the principles behind it so thank you for that. Iβm actually more pleased that I managed to get a decent run in when it was dark and foggy but the 10k is a welcome bonus
Hi ju-ju-, I ran my first ever 10k today. Still smiling! π Please may I have my shiny new badge. Thank you for all your help. Although I didn't follow your plan exactly but I was busy listening to all your videos and picking up your tips. My current route is great for chunking as it has lots of different sections. Thank you again.
First 10km done, really meant to follow your plan but just made a bit of a hash of it I'm afraid. Am using your recommendations for core exercises though. Thanks for the posts π
