...both Katnap and I got PBs at Parkrun yesterday. And I ticked off my first goal of the year going sub 29 minutes. Don’t ask me how, I just decided that I still had something in the tank on that third lap.

And I beat him, which is nice because he’s been beating my Strava segments regularly recently so it’s good to get one back 😁

Nothing wrong with a bit of healthy family competition! Now to aim for youngest kitten’s PB - that might take some doing though...
