Going to move off present 15x1 hour sessions of basically 50:50 cardio and strength every day.

Will do two speed challenge runs per week on a Sunday, Wednesday and have green gym Friday. On those days I will switch my gym session from a 0600 start to after my 0900 ish speed run and green gym.

So instead of 7-8 five km /week trots I will be doing two 5k canters to chalk up a better than 40 mins and my green gym trot and interval sprints.

I am going to sort out a new route in the park.I know where I want to start and finish, so when I register my first time I will know that route 5k plus or minus something.Nothing magical about a round number I assume.Pace is pace.

Atb to everyone taking part. 👊💥🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💥👏👏

What's a plan if you can't change it Tbae 😕 And a new route is always exciting in the way only we know 😂
