Omigods! Just did 5k in under 33 minutes

And on the treadmill too, which I usually find slower and harder. It’s been my dream to run 5k in under 35 minutes. Doing that Marcothon streak has benefitted my running in so many ways. I had Oldfloss ‘s Old Man Cave Snow Run to watch, which heloed alleviate the boredom. Honestly, I couldn’t have walked that route without falling down, so I’ve no idea how Mr Snow Cave managed to run it! So now for a hot bath and some dairy free fudge kitchen coffee fudge!

That really impressive Treadmill running Flick. Well done you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s hard going on the treadmill and I think slower too so don’t be surprised if your next 5k outside is even faster. 👏😀

in reply to Wimborne

Thanks, and I hope you’re right. It’s hilly here, but the downward bits help you make up the time 😊❤️
