5.7+K in sub zero temperature

Wasn't felt like waking up, met office issued yellow weather warning due to ice, temperature is -1 (feel like -5), against all odds decided to go out for a km to judge conditions, end up with my regular run routine. Today instead of working on my pace decided to enjoy run without thinking pace. Finished up with my best pace of week, bonus was I ran through 2 out of 4 hill area without breaking run into walk/jog.

Feeling happy.

Happy Running All!!!

I love running when it’s cold and crispy without the worry of speed or distance. Sounds like it worked out well for you.

Brilliant JR! Those special runs with no plan or expectation often end up being the best. Good for you! 👏👏👏
