What a lovely sight this morning. Kite surfers enjoying the biting wind. It was good to be in that cold though. Funny how I like running in the cold and rain.

Sunny Southend-on-Sea. Mostly mud this morning hence the kite surfers going out with the tide. 🌊🐟

I don’t fancy running in the dark but as I’m retired I can choose daylight running. 😉

I'm starting to live running in the cold, I even took my fleece of yesterday as I was too warm with it on after around 15 minutes! I have to admit though, I love running in the summer. It's easy, breezy and bright! Just running from the lovely cool shade and feeling the sun hit you like a hammer is something else! Love it!

Well I will look forward to that then. Although I don’t like getting hot. But maybe when that happens I will be fitter and less inclined to over heat. 😎
