WELL MY FIRST OUTSIDE 5K RUN .well everyone its a offacial i NOW can run outside it was wet windy abit muddy but i did i am so pleased with myself it was hard at the start untill ii got my pace right breathing was not to bad then i was right then when i finished i could see were i had just run it felt great beats the tredmill anyday it took me a while to get out side but yehhhhhhhhhhhh what a feeling going to start doing it every sunday with my son then build it up from there thaks everyone for advice
