Out for a misty muddy Boxing Day run through local country park. Stopped at 5k because I was tired but still pretty pleased to have got that far - and up a long old hill -given the excesses of yesterday.
Legs feel great and no trouble from the old knees yet!
Hope you all had fantastic Christmases and wishing you all relaxing a Boxing Day (with running thrown in). π

Wow, that looks like a misty one. You put me to shame. I opted for a long lie in this morning and going out for a walk with Mr Razouski later today. My mojo seems to escaped me... hoping I get it back for the new year.
Was a really atmospheric run π, though I prefer cold crisp winter mornings if I'm honest.
Today was the first day of the holiday that I' ve slept being my usual 5.45 work alarm time, so figure I'm finally unwinding. Could have stayed in bed today but once I was out it felt ok.
Enjoy your walk today - plenty of days ahead for running π.
Very well done! Iβm still streaking and feeling a bit weary after my run this morning but I like watching the calories burned going up on my Garmin. Just as well really! Keep on jogging on ππΎββοΈ
I certainly felt the weight of the mince pies running up that hill today. Still - it will mean I can feel less guilty when I'm tucking into the leftovers later π.
