Ran in new shoes despite wet weather!

Tried to post this photo of my new turquoise running shoes in a reply to another post by Madge50 about her lovely new purple shoes but couldn’t, so here they are! I bought them a while ago but didn’t want to get them dirty. Summoned up the courage today as I was doing a slightly shorter run - the post 5k speed podcast.

They survived the weather as you can see by the photo and were oh so comfortable, helped by my new running socks. The podcast was great, and I’m looking forward to following the others.

Nice shoes! Tiz the season to give up keeping my nice Ghosts clean- had some pretty squelchy runs recently as my shins don't want to be on tarmac all the time.Happy feet .Happy running.

That's a very good question, and I think I may have to get some new socks!! May be difficult to get a precise match though.
