Here’s a thing of some amusement

This is the leaderboard for my virtual run along Hadrians Wall challenge, and I’m top of the leaderboard. I’m not very competitive, and my mileage for the week pales into insignificance against those running marathons and ultra marathons, but it amuses me as I was never a sporty type at school. Also it shows my weekly distance, which is cool. First time I’ve been top of anything 😂

It’s fun. I’ve never been much of a joiner or taken part in things, but I’ve found it keeps you motivated x

I think the little & often every day is paying off- very well done!!👏

Thank you. The secret, I've found, for me at least, is to do longer runs on run days and the minimum 25 minutes on "rest" days. x

Yes! Top of the pile. Good work!

Thank you. For someone who always avoided being best at anything out of sheer laziness, it's a miracle :)
